The Lahore Sessions Court has once again postponed the hearing of the gambling app case involving well-known YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, until October 6.

As per reports, the hearing on Ducky Bhai’s post-arrest bail plea was held under the supervision of Additional Sessions Judge Sajida Ahmed.

During the proceedings, Ducky Bhai’s counsel, Advocate Usman Mushtaq, presented arguments in support of his client’s bail request. Meanwhile, the National Crime Control and Investigation Agency (NCCIA) sought additional time from the court to present the complete case record.

The judge instructed the NCCIA to ensure that all necessary evidence and documents are submitted before the next hearing date. Consequently, the case has been adjourned until October 6.

It is important to note that the NCCIA had filed the case against the YouTuber for allegedly promoting an online gambling application.
